Our top priority is immediately getting all of their assets in line, and looking at the big picture, from quality of life to safety assessments. We look into whether or not they have the financial means to stay at home safely with in-home care and all details that entails or if placement a better option. When we look at it, we consider their background comfort environment, family support system and social circle when placing them. I.e. who will be visiting them the most/proximity. We consider their hobbies, their religious affiliation and truly capture who they are and strive to place them in a facility that they can afford with the most needs met.

After this is sorted, we make certain to check in on our clients via regular in-person and compassionate phone calls and follow ups.
